Our chili sauce, named Kalashnikov, is based on beech wood smoked yellow ghost chili, yellow tomatoes, and real St. Petersburg Russian vodka. It’s a great companion for hot and cold sandwiches, but you can toss in any street food with it. When mixed with sour cream and mayonnaise, a smoky, spicy hamburger sauce is ready, but you can use it for fried meats or nachos in the same way.
