We spiced up our pinot noir rose wine with mouth-watering spices and a bit of chili, and then we made a spicy wine jelly out of it which, if you taste it, you become immediately addicted to it.
It goes well with wild meat dishes, cheese platters, ice cream, and the best stuffing of pancakes at the moment, but it’s even a super snacking on its own. Noir is an incredible taste experience you have to go through.
