A special ingredient in a spectacular serving and not even too complicated. Make truffle eggs too!
Ingredients for serving 1
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 teaspoon oil
- pinch of salt
- 3-5 g of parmesan
- about 5 g of truffles
Preparation time: about 10 minutes
The two eggs need to be beaten, dilute with salt, milk and oil and you can already go to the preheated pan. If the pan is sticky, it is worth spreading it lightly with a little butter beforehand.
You don’t have to bake for too long, the top should still be soft; remove from the heat, grate the parmesan and then the truffles and roll up like a pancake and it is ready to serve.
I use to decorate with hair-thin truffle slices and a little cress, but that’s just a small matter of detail, I trust you!
