Ingredients
- mushrooms (about 150-200 g of fresh mushrooms per person)
- onions
- garlic
- Red pepper

- spices (to taste)
- sour cream
- fat or cooking oil
Chop the chopped onion over a little fat, then add the ground red pepper and remove from the heat. Those who like spicy, spicy foods can add spicy ones as well, but not too much so as not to suppress the flavors of the mushrooms. After mixing, return to the heat and add the cleaned, chopped mushrooms and season with a little garlic, salt, pepper to taste. On low heat, let the mushrooms also season a little, then add the sour cream and let it boil again.
It is served with boiled pasta and nokedli, but it can also be used as a filling for tortillas.
