The second member of the Never Before series received nothing but freshly emptied port tawny barrel. As a result, the taste of oak impregnated with special wine can be felt very strongly in the beer. Unlike ruby anthers, tawny ripens in smaller barrels, so the inimitable, earthy, smoky taste of wood penetrates much better – there is no fruity chord here.
The imagination is released.
Different memories came to light during the tests depending on what experiences are associated with these flavors. The “I’m Jack Sparrow” also broke off, maybe because of the strong 18% alcohol content and the boat association.
